Course Objectives:

The course has three goals:

1. Knowledge. It presents a conceptual framework of International Accounting.

2. Application. It is for the use of theoretical knowledge in an international setting.

3. Ability and skill. It addresses intellectual skill, communication skill and analytic skill.

  

Course Requirements:

On successful completion of this course students will be able to:

1. Have an understanding of comparative accounting in different countries

2. Master international financial statement analysis,

3. Demonstrate analytical abilities in providing evidences whilst addressing real-world applications.

    

Course Contents:

This course is designed to provide an understanding of International Accounting issues to students in undergraduate business programs. Main contents refer to the international dimensions of accounting, financial reporting and financial control.
