Objective

This program aims to cultivate well-rounded professionals with comprehensive development in moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic, and practical dimensions. Students will establish a solid foundation in both humanities and natural sciences, systematically master core knowledge and practical competencies in food science, biological science, nutrition science, and health-related disciplines, and develop an innovative mindset, global perspectives, and cross-cultural communication competencies. 

Graduates will excel in technology development, production management, quality control, testing and analysis, health consulting, education and teaching, scientific research, and policy regulation across the foodnutrition and health industries. Graduates will emerge as leading professionals driving high-quality development in the food, nutrition and health sectors, contributing to the Belt and Road Initiative, and promoting the building of a community with a shared future for mankind.
