Course Objectives, Requirements & Contents:

A required course aimed at students’ knowledge of Commercial Law.The course is based on the textbook-Introductory Guide to Commercial Law, teaching students the basic knowledge of Commercial Law and how to apply law in their normal lives. After study, students should have a general thought of Commercial Law and know how to find the law related to their issues and how to apply it.
