1. Program Overview

The Electronic Information（English-taught）master program is a cutting-edge interdisciplinary field for students from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, overseas Chinese, and international students. It features all-English instruction and leverages the strengths of Jinan University, including the National and Local Joint Engineering Research Center for National Cybersecurity Detection and Protection, the Ministry of Education's International Joint Laboratory for Optoelectronic Hybrid Integrated Circuits, and the Ministry of Education's Nanophotonics and Photonic Devices Overseas Expertise Introduction Center for Discipline Innovation. Combining the technological advantages and industrial resources of China and Guangdong Province in the field of electronic information, the program focuses on cutting-edge areas such as next-generation electronic information technology (including quantum technology), optoelectronic information engineering, and artificial intelligence. Through a combination of coursework, scientific research, and practical teaching, it aims to cultivate high-end international talents with an international perspective, adaptable to the rapid development of the electronic information industry and artificial intelligence in the information age, and capable of independent technological innovation in a specific area of electronic information.

项目简介

电子信息（全英）硕士研究生项目是面向港澳台侨及来华留学生的一个前沿交叉学科，以全英语授课为特色，依托暨南大学国家级网络安全检测与防护国家地方联合工程研究中心、教育部“光电混合集成电路”国际合作联合实验室、教育部“微纳光学与光子器件”学科创新引智基地等优势平台，结合中国和广东省在电子信息领域的技术优势和产业资源，聚焦新一代电子信息技术（含量子技术等）、光电信息工程、人工智能等前沿领域，通过课程学习、科学研究和实践教学相结合的方式，致力于培养具有国际化视野，适应信息化时代电子信息产业和人工智能迅速发展的需要，在新一代电子信息技术（含量子技术等）、光电信息工程、人工智能等方向具有独立进行科技创新能力的高端国际化人才。

3. Eligibility of Applicants

1. Residents of Hong Kong China, Macao China, and Taiwan China.

2. Overseas Chinese

3. Foreign nationals with a valid passport.

4. Bachelor’s degree or above

5. Applicant who is non-native English speaker must have a TOEFL score of 90 or IELTS score of 6.5 or above, or other proof of equivalent English proficiency. Applicant whose highest degree is taught in English must provide medium of instruction certificate.

6. Priority will be given to International applicants who have a foundation of Chinese

申请人资格

1. 港澳台、华人华侨及持有效护照的外籍公民

2. 必须具有本科或以上学历

3. 英语为非母语国家的申请者需托福成绩达550分，或新托福考试90分，或雅思成绩6.5及以上。最高学历为英语授课课程的学生，须提交英语授课证明。

4. 优先考虑有汉语基础的外籍申请人员
