中国是茶的故乡也是茶文化的发源地。

中国茶的发现和利用在中国已有四五千年历史

且长盛不衰传遍全球。

茶更是中华民族的举国之饮,

发于神农,闻于鲁周公,

兴于唐朝,始于宋代

中国茶文化糅合了中国佛、儒、道诸派思想独成一体,

是中国文化中的一朵奇葩。

China is the homeland of tea and the birthplace of tea culture. 

The discovery and use of Chinese tea has a history of four to five thousand years in China, 

and it has spread throughout the world.

Tea is the national drink of the Chinese nation, originated in Shennong, well-known by Lu Zhougong, 

flourished in the Tang Dynasty, 

and began in the Song 

Dynasty Chinese tea culture combined with Chinese Buddha, 

Confucianism, Taoism 

and other schools of thought, 

which is a strange flower in Chinese culture.


茶道的主要目的是修身、怡情、养性,

人们以茶悟道,

从而怡然自乐,

得到人生境界的升华,

提高生活的质量。

中国茶道精神主要是指

“怡”、“清”、“和”、“真”四个方面:

怡 是指怡情、养性,

指的是身体和精神两个方面。

茶本身就有保健作用能够强身健体,

同时人们以茶悟道,

从而怡然自乐,

在精神方面得到升华。

清 是指清廉、清正等,

主要讲求人的身体和心灵上的清净,

其与“道家”的思想一脉相通。

和 是指以和为贵,

真 是指真诚守信,不虚假,

是道家“天人合一”哲学思想的体现,

The main purpose of tea ceremony is 

self-cultivation, pleasantness, and cultivation, 

and people can realize the Tao with tea,

 so as to enjoy themselves, 

get the sublimation of the state of life, 

and improve the quality of life. 

The spirit of Chinese tea ceremony mainly refers to the four aspects of Yi, Qing, He and True:

Yi refers to pleasant affection and nourishment, 

Qing refers to incorruptibility, integrity, 

He the Chinese nation has always advocated the golden mean, 

Truth means sincerity and trustworthiness, not falsehood, 

and is the embodiment of Taoist philosophical thought of the unity of heaven and man, 

which is more in line with Taoist thought in traditional Chinese culture 

and the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation.

中国茶道的具体表现形式有三种:

即煎茶、斗茶、功夫茶。

煎茶:把茶末投入壶中和水一块煎煮。

唐代的煎茶,

是茶最早的艺术品尝形式。

斗茶:古代文人雅士各携带茶与水,

通过比茶面汤花

和品尝鉴赏茶汤以优劣的一种艺术。

斗茶又称茗战,

兴于唐代末,盛于宋代。

最先流行于福建建州一带。

斗茶是古代品茶艺术的最高表现形式。

功夫茶:是唐、宋以来品茶的流行余韵。

饮功夫茶,

有自煎自品和待客两种,

特别是待客,更为讲究。

There are three specific manifestations of the Chinese tea ceremony: 

decocting tea, fighting cha, and kung fu tea.

Decocting tea: Put the minced tea in a pot and boil it with a piece of water.

Fighting Tea: An art in which the ancient scholars carried tea and water.

Fighting tea, also known as Mingzhan. 

Its ultimate goal is to taste.

Kung Fu Tea: Drinking kung fu tea, 

there are two kinds of self-frying 

and hospitality, 

especially hospitality, 

which is more particular.

饮茶即道,

是顺其自然,无心而为,

要饮则饮,从心所欲。

贵在朴素、简单,

于自然的饮茶之中默契天成,妙合大道。

茶水沉浮之间,

就像是看人生起伏,

繁华过后见真淳。

掬一杯好茶,满足味蕾,

更体会中国人的智慧。

如此之魅力,如此之精神,

怎能不向全世界展示?

Drinking tea is Dao, 

is to let nature take its course, 

not to drink, do what you want. 

 In the simple, 

in the natural tea in the tacit understanding of nature, 

wonderful road. 

Between the ups and downs of tea, 

like to see the ups and downs of life, 

after the prosperity to see the true Chun.

 A cup of good tea,

 to meet the taste buds, 

more experience the wisdom of Chinese people. 

So much charm, 

so much spirit, 

how can you not show it to the world?
