Course Objectives:

Students are required to master the basic theories and methods concerning commercial ethics; to have the initial ability to ethically analyze and ethically decision-making about the enterprises and economic activities.

Course Requirements:

After they finish the course, students should learn general ethical theory and knowledge; grasp basic theory about economic ethics and enterprise ethics; understanding the basic viewpoints and methods to ethically analysis business and economic activities; to use case study effectively to cultivate the ability to ethically analyze and ethically decision-making about the enterprises and economic activities.

Course Contents:

The course covers basic business ethical area system, enterprises moral reasoning, corporate social responsibility, ethics issues of marketing, ethics issues of human resource management, ethics in the accounting, ethics of international operating, ethics and management, corporate ethics and business performance, ethical management.
