Course Objectives and Requirements
The objectives of the course is to develop an understanding of the global economy and its potential impact on international business activities, and to develop an understanding of strategic management concept of multinational corporations.
Also, the course will help students identify core issues in the real world.
Key Points and Main Areas of Difficulty of the Course
The course will focus on the effective management of multinational or transnational corporations based on theories and cases. Students are supposed to select their own group members and project topics. The project includes formal presentation of the topic, written reports and evaluation of group member performances.
