Calculus II is an important and basis compulsory theoretical course for student majored in economics and management. The aim of the course and main tasks are to let students understand of the basic concepts, basic theory of advanced mathematics, and master basic research methods, with abstract thinking ability, logical reasoning, spatial imagination, computational capabilities, comprehensive use of knowledge analytical and problem-solving ability for follow-up courses of study to lay a solid foundation. To combine with the mathematical basis of students in international school and cultivate applied ability of overseas students, we need strengthen cultivate applied ability of advanced mathematics to overseas students.
Through study of this course, students are asked to study the following points: 1.Systematic obtain to the basic knowledge of advanced mathematics, really control the content of the basic concepts, basic theories and methods; 2. With more skilled and initial operation capability of solving practical problems; 3. Cultivate abstract thinking ability and logical reasoning ability, thus lay a good foundation to learn subsequent courses.
The main contents of this course are integration and multivariable calculus.
