Ø Research interests 1. Structural characterization of dietary fibers and their effects on intestinal microbiota modulation; 2. Nutrition intervention of functional food ingredients on chronic diseases (obesity, diabetes, inflammatory bowel disease, etc.); 3. Construction of polysaccharide-based nanoparticles for slow- and controlled-release of food nutrients.
