Speaker’s biography:

Dr. Joseph Harris obtained his Ph.D. degree in Economics from University of California. He was an associate professor of College at Old Westbury, State University of New York, and  was Director of Industrial and Labor Relations and Chair of Politics, Economics and Law Department from 2008 to 2009.
Dr Harris is a labor arbitrator and mediator, and member in National Academy of Arbitrators and Labor and Employment Relations Association. He has been widely involved in the industry of labor regulation and government services for more than 35 years . He also taught courses of economics and laws such as Foundations of Macroeconomics, Collective Bargaining and Grievance Procedures, Labor Economics etc.
