Objectives:
This course stresses the study of the diseases of the tooth and the gingival and periodontal tissues, and diseases of the oral mucosa. This course also introduces the diseases of the soft and hard tissues of the oral and maxillofacial region, as well as the interrelationship between these diseases and other diseases of the human body.
Requirements:
Stomatology 6th edition, combining clinical medicine, nursing, Chinese indigenous medicine and clinical medical science professional characteristics, selected texts of practical teaching high value content, to master the basic theory, basic knowledge and basic skills as the principle and also pay great attention to the clinical usability. the development of Stomatology teaching outline, It requires students to master key clinical diseases, multiple diagnoses, differential diagnosis and treatment principle.
Contents:
The key point of this course is to explain :1)oral anatomy and oral rganization ,structure ,etc. 2)clinical manifestation, control principle, preventive knowledge of common disease ,for example, dental caries, pulposis , periodontal diseases, oral mucosal diseases , infection, external injury, tumor. 3)knowledge of child and the aged oral health care, tooth beautify, tooth restore as well as how to get methods to be treated, cooperation treatment ,indication and attendance after surgical operation to plant artifical tooth etc. The above objects nearly cover all of oral health knowledge. Rich content, vivid picture, typical example let students accept them more easier than before .
