Required Course. Aimed at students’ knowledge of Commercial Law. Based on the textbook-Introductory Guide to Commercial Law, teach them the basic knowledge of Commercial Law and how to apply law in their normal lives. After study, they should have a general thought of Commercial Law and know how to find the law related their issues and how to apply the law.
