2025年4月10日下午，安盛保险集团宣讲会于第二文科楼316室顺利举行。本次宣讲会邀请到安盛保险集团行政分行经理吴俣和理财策划经理杨淋程两位校友担任主讲嘉宾，为同学们带来了一场内容充实、实用性强的职业发展分享会。

  宣讲会上，吴俣结合自身成长经历，分享了从大学校园到职场发展的宝贵经验。她详细讲述了自己在校期间如何通过积极参与各类活动提升综合素质，最终成功申请香港大学研究生的历程。吴俣特别强调责任感在职业发展中的重要性，鼓励同学们勇于突破自我限制，充分发掘自身优势，通过实践积累经验，不断提升执行力。

  杨淋程从求职实战角度出发，为同学们提供了专业的就业指导。她以个人简历为例，深入浅出地讲解了简历撰写的关键要点，强调数据化呈现成果的重要性，并建议同学们根据应聘岗位灵活调整简历内容。在面试技巧方面，杨淋程建议同学们提前做好企业背景调研，注重逻辑表达能力的培养，同时把握求职时机，尽早投递简历。

  在互动交流环节，现场气氛热烈。针对同学们提出的转专业困惑，吴俣建议通过试听课程来了解不同专业的特点，再做出理性选择。杨淋程为多位同学提供了简历优化建议和职业规划指导。

  本次宣讲会不仅为同学们提供了宝贵的职业发展经验，也进一步促进了校企之间的交流合作。与会同学纷纷表示，通过这次活动，他们对保险行业有了更深入的了解，对未来的职业规划也有了更清晰的认识。学院将继续搭建优质的企业宣讲平台，助力学子成长成才。

  On the afternoon of April 10, 2025, the AXA Insurance Group information session was successfully held in Room 316 of the Second Social Science Building. The event invited two distinguished alumni as guest speakers: Wu Yu, Branch Administration Manager, and Yang Lincheng, Financial Planning Manager from AXA Insurance Group. They delivered an informative and practical career development sharing session for attending students.

  The information session not only provided students with valuable career development insights, but also further enhanced the exchange and cooperation between the university and the enterprise. Attendees unanimously expressed that through this event, they gained a deeper understanding of the insurance industry and developed clearer perspectives on their future career planning. The school will continue to build high-quality corporate presentation platforms to support students' professional growth and success.
