为进一步加强校企合作，促进人才培养，4月23日学院党委副书记宋京松、学工办辅导员带领国际学院“港澳台侨未来校友理事”学员及各专业学生代表前往了珠海格力电器股份有限公司和汤臣倍健股份有限公司两家行业领军企业，进行了深入的参观与交流。

  在格力电器参访期间，师生们首先参观了企业创新成果展厅。通过专业讲解，大家系统了解了格力从传统家电制造商向智能化科技企业的战略转型历程，重点考察了其在智能家居、工业自动化等领域的创新成果。在交流环节，人力资源负责人详细介绍了格力的人才培养体系和2024年校园招聘计划，强调了企业对具备创新能力和国际视野的复合型人才的需求。

下午的汤臣倍健参访活动中，师生们实地考察了国内领先的智能化透明工厂。通过参观全自动化的营养品生产线，包括原料预处理、精密分装、质量检测等关键工序，师生们深入了解了现代智能制造技术在健康产业的具体应用。讲解员还就营养健康行业的发展趋势和人才需求进行了分享，为同学们未来的职业规划提供了宝贵参考。

本次活动旨在为学生提供参访行业龙头企业的机会，拓宽学生就业视野，国际学院会持续深化与优秀企业间的交流与合作，致力于为学生提供更广阔的就业平台。

  To further strengthen university-enterprise collaboration and promote talent development, on April 23, Deputy Party Secretary Song Jingsong of the International School, along with student affairs counselors, led members of the Future Alumni Council for Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and Overseas Chinese and student representatives from various disciplines to visit two industry-leading enterprises—Gree Electric Appliances, Inc. of Zhuhai and By-Health Co., Ltd.—for an in-depth tour and exchange.

  This activity aimed to provide students with the opportunity to visit top-tier enterprises and broaden their career perspectives. The International School will continue to deepen exchanges and cooperation with outstanding companies, striving to offer students a broader employment platform.
