Chinese Government and Politics

The course will be divided into three Modules. The first module gives an introduction of the framework of the Chinese government. It focuses on the nature of Chinese politic, the role of CPC in state affairs, the People’s Congress system under the leadership of CPC, the state council, the judicial system and the relations between the central government and the local government. Through the course, we will get to know, what is the framework of the Chinese government?  How have them been created? How is the politic power been practicing? The second module gives the introduction of the prospects for NGOs in China.
