Delegations Visit Universities in Beijing
A seven-member delegation from the International School and the School of Journalism and Communication visited the School of Journalism and Communication, Tsinghua University; the School of International Journalism and Communication, Beijing Foreign Studies University; and the Television School and Faculty of International Media Communication University of China, in Beijing. The delegation was led by Professor Deng Yongzhong, party secretary of the International School and Professor Lin Aijun,dean of the Journalism Department of the School of Journalism and Communication.
The delegation investigated their talents training mode, curriculum arrangement, international teachers, students’ exchange programs, internship, and development after graduation. They also discussed the training aim and further development of International Journalism major.
The School of Journalism and Communication of Tsinghua University was founded in 2002. Inheriting Tsinghua's tradition of comprehensive and interdisciplinary education, TSJC aims to give students world-class journalism and communication education guided by advanced educational concepts and international standards.

The School of International Journalism and Communication of Beijing Foreign Studies University was established in 2014. Previously, it was the major of Journalism and Communication, which was established in 2001 and was part of the School of English and International Studies and approved as the featured program by the Ministry of Education.
The Television School of Communication University of China was established in 2015. It is the television discipline education institution with the longest history and highest reputation in China. The Faculty of International Media of Communication University of China is the first Sino-foreign cooperation media education institution approved by the Ministry of Education to cultivate international media talents.
