The wonderful freshmen training came to an end on 30th of September.Many students from all over the world had already made good friends due to the 10 days orientation program organised by the International school. The creative activities helped the new batch of students to become acquainted in a short time. During the National Day holidays, the student union of International school (OSD) organised the Fresher’s party called “FOR YOU PARTY”dedicating specially to the 2014 batch Freshmen.

The“FOR U PARTY”was organized on the 5th of October and the party began sharply at 7 o'clock in the eveningat the activity stage in the south campus.Many students came to the place hand in hand with curiosity and longing to see the program. The party was initiated with a Martial arts performance by a final year student in International school. The performance was astounding and all foreign students were able to get a good glimpse of Chinese traditional martial arts.  

Up next came the dynamic group members from the 2013 MBBS Indian students to give a group dance performance. The Indian music had a strong rhythm and made the atmosphere very hyper in energy and enthusiasm. The host encouraged everyone to“make some noise” and urged students to join the dance.The dance and music eliminated nervousness and shyness from the freshmen and helped them to participate in the party freely.Gradually, more and more students joined the party to enjoy.Thebeautiful host who was from Russia and her co-host walked into the crowd to dance with all freshmen.

Then the hosts asked the dancing students to calm down and have seats while more performances were yet to come. An IET students from Thailand ignited and sent the temperatures up with a very hot and sensuous performance of Latino dance. She moved and swayed and so did the entire crowd. The party performances came to an end with a high heavy metal rock band performance by the boys from Indian MBBS batch followed by high spirit rap performance by two others of the same major. They lifted all our spirits and hearts to move and cheer them with energy. The boys stole the show as more students sang and popped up along with them.

Next was interesting time of the party. The OSD had organised games for the fresher’s.The boys and girls were separated into two main groups and then, they were divided into several groups to compete with each other. Each group of boys will sit on the chair and put a balloon on their laps. Girls from the other side would run to the boys and tried to sit on the balloon to pop it .This game was fun and interesting. The losing group went on to play other games and finally all were winners of the party.

The Party gradually came toward the end with the DJ playing party songs and the crowd grooving to his music. All students enjoyed well and the party had everything in place such as dynamic melody, wonderful lights, food and refreshments to make all of them comfortable and happy. We could all say that the “For you’ Party” was a grand success and sure enough good to create a wonderful memory in the lives of the young juniors of 2014.
