2017年9月11日晚，国院17届IJ新生们来到第二文科楼参加朋辈分享会，听取前辈们的大学经验。

首先上台的是16届IJ学姐姚虹竹Kakaroff.。作为校团委的副理事长，她热情地与新生们分享了自己对领导力的见解，并讲述其在暑期实习期间的趣事，用轻松幽默的语气打破了原本尚显拘束的气氛。

而接下来的16届IJ班长黄品Allen学长继续着领导力的话题，并邀请了几位Ocamp活动中的领导者上台分享感想，大家的畅所欲言让教室充满了温馨的氛围。而在座的同学们也从发言者的讲述中感受到领导工作的辛苦，并为他们送上热烈的掌声。

作为一名来到暨大国院学习的外国学生，Ray和同学们分享了自己来到中国后的经历。从最初的不适应，到拥有很多朋友并积极参加各类活动，如今他非常享受自己的大学生活。而在座的新生们，也因为他的分享，对新事物充满了期望。

娉婷Cindy学姐以一种特别的方式出场，为分享会带来更多的欢声笑语。在她极具感染力的举止下，大家踊跃发言，表达自己的思想观点，同时也在欢笑声中逐渐了解一场富有激情的演讲所需的基本要素。

最后“压轴”出场的是16届IJ的倪若愚Clark学姐。作为几乎每年绩点都为4.0以上的学霸，她与新生们分享了自己从大一到如今曾有过的不同作息方式，并以自身为例强调了找到适度学习与休闲间平衡点的重要性。她的分享，也让整场朋辈会迎来最后一个高潮。

朋辈分享会就在这样欢乐的气氛中落下帷幕，但新生们从中收获的经验将伴随其度过大学四年。相信17届IJ的同学们在前辈的分享与鼓励下，将会更快地融入国院大家庭，拥有更充实的大学生活。

On the evening of Sept,11th,2017, IJ freshmen attended Peers Sharing in second science and social building, where they were given presentations from 15 and 16 IJ seniors.

The activity began with the speech by Kakaroff from 15IJ.As Vice President of School Youth League Committee, she shared her ideas and opinions about leadership passionately.By sharing her interesting experience during summer vacation as a trainee back her hometown,she broke the atmosphere of awkwardness.

Next fllowing the headmaster of 15IJ,Allen.Allen talked about Class Construction .Meanwhile,he also invited 2 IJ freshmen who were the leaders of O Camp,to share their personal feelings on being a leader, through which everyone present had a better understanding of their leaders.

Ray, a foreign student of 16IJ,opened his mind to 17freshmen.He shared his experience in China, and in JNU, telling them about his growth.Unlike the beginning year,he now has a lot of good friends and quite enjoys his life.Out of his positive attitude,IJ freshmen are looking forward to their new life in JNU.

Cindy of 15IJ impressed IJ freshmen with a special beginning,making them burst into laughter.Her infectious performance motivated IJ freshmen to activity express their inner ideas.

The highlight of the evening came when Clark of 15IJ gave her lecture.With average GPA above 4.0,Clark is definitely a Study Queen.She especially emphasized the significance of the balance between study time and leisure time, which made a perfect ending.

So amusing and helpful is the activity that it benefited IJ freshmen a lot.The ideas and experience that freshmen learnt from their predecessors will come a long way with them.We believe that, with the help of IJ seniors,the freshmen are able to blend into IS family as soon as possible and enjoy a colorful university life.
