On the afternoon of November 17, 2019, the peer sharing meeting was held on Shipai campus 2nd Social Science Building, organized by ADD.

About twenty minutes before the meeting, a young man in a red coat appeared at the meeting. although he is unfamiliar with the freshmen, he had a chat with them friendly. Then he sat quietly and reviewed the manuscripts from time to time.

The sharing meeting began, he stepped onto the stage confidently. When he was talking, he shared his experience with us in a confident and loud voice.

Zhu Chunle, who was from 16 Arts College Fine Art Department, was today's protagonist. He shared the experience and lessons he went through in the past four years. All the students benefited a lot.

He described his experiences in study and life, such as participating in art experience camp, news agency, student Union and debate team, etc. And he shared many life experiences with us through these experiences.

He told us the importance of expression, and encouraged us to think deeply, also, he laid stress on the significance of debate, and asked us to seize the opportunities in our school life. We should also have the ability to tell right from wrong, learn to think whether what we get is better than what we lose, do not draw conclusions easily, and experience first. In addition, to learn using social intercourse resources, we should follow three steps to do things: see the status points, analyze the reasons, and find ways.

Then, he pointed out that we should learn to analyze the merits and drawbacks of our college, besides, we could use different methods to classify and study.

Later, he concluded that: in the pursuit of excellence, we should be upright. And he shared his motto: face your true self, be brave and kind.

The sharing meeting is over, and the first half of college life is still in progress. After the sharing meeting, students have been less confused. There is no flower that can't bloom.  Hoping that all students can have a promising future.
