Objectives:
Introduction to Clinical Medicine is a new subject which is the gateway through which a student passes in that initial introduction to medicine and let them know the clinical works earlier than before. The purpose is to achieve the new Bio-psycho-social Medical Modal in medical education. All this can help the student understand the significance of learning basic medical knowledge and then have great interests in studying medicine during the whole undergraduate period.
Requirements:
Mastering the most basic concepts of clinical medicine such as disease, symptom, sign, Evidence-Based Medicine, and diagnostic procedures and treatments in clinical departments. Knowing the doctor-patient relationship, legal problems in clinical practice, etc.
Contents:
Teaching contents include the most fundamental concepts such as disease, symptom, sign, Evidence-Based Medicine, and diagnostic procedures and treatments in clinical departments, and doctor-patient relationship, legal problems in clinical practice, etc by lecturing, case discussion, bedside teaching, oral presentation or oneself-teaching and soon.
