③ Taking the Accommodation Certification, fill in the Registration Form of Temporary Residence for Visitors in Shipai Police Station (Suite 612,Dijingyuan Commercial Centre,NO570.Tianhe Rd. Tel:87558146);

④ To get a Certification of Class Attendance and In-school Performance from College
↓
⑤ Submit photos and the receipt of digital photos that have been detected by the detection platform,
↓
⑥ To fill in the Visa And Residence Permit Application Form and Study-duration Certification in the Security Department(Room 127, Administration Building);
↓
⑦ Taking ⑴passport, ⑵the receipt of digital photos, ⑶Certification of Class Attendance and In-school Performance， ⑷Registration Form of Temporary Residence for Visitors, ⑸Visa And Residence Permit Application Form to go through the residence procedure in the Division of Entry and Exit Administration of Guangzhou Public Security Bureau (NO.155, Jiefangnan Road).
●For outside-campus accommodation students:
① To fill in the Registration Form of Temporary Residence for Visitors in the local Police Station;
↓
② To get a Certification of Class Attendance and In-school Performance from College;
↓
③ Submit photos and the receipt of digital photos that have been detected by the detection platform,

④ To fill in the Visa And Residence Permit Application Form and Study-duration Certification in the Security Department(Room 127, Administration Building);

④ Submit photos and the receipt of digital photos that have been detected by the detection platform,

⑤ To fill in the Visa And Residence Permit Application Form and Study-duration Certification(for freshman) in the Security Department(Room 127, Administration Building);

⑥ Taking ⑴the physical examination result, ⑵the receipt of digital photos, ⑶passport and its copy,⑷a copy of Visa, ⑸a copy of Admission Notice, ⑹Registration Form of Temporary Residence for Visitors, ⑺Visa And Residence Permit Application Form and ⑻Study-duration Certification to go through the residence procedure in the Division of Entry and Exit Administration of Guangzhou Public Security Bureau (NO.155, Jiefangnan Road).

1、校内住宿同学办理流程：
①到学生宿舍管理中心（学生宿舍16栋107）办理住宿证明；
↓
②持住宿证明到保卫处户籍科（行政办公楼127 电话：85220051）盖章；
↓
③持住宿证明到帝景苑商业中心570号6楼612号（办理《境外人员临时住宿登记表》；
↓
④到指定照相馆照相并办理照片检测回执；
↓
⑤到所在学院开具《学生考勤和在校表现情况说明》，其中考勤包括总课时数和缺课时数；
↓
⑥到保卫处户籍证件科（行政楼127）填写《外国人签证、居留许可申请表》并盖章；
↓
⑦持⑴照片检测回执、⑵护照原件、⑶《境外人员临时住宿登记表》、⑷《学生考勤和在校表现情况说明》或《在学证明》和⑸《外国人签证、居留许可申请表》到广州市公安局出入境管理处（解放南路155号 电话：96110110）办理申请手续。
2、校外住宿同学办理流程：
①持相关材料到住所所在地派出所办理《境外人员临时住宿登记表》；
↓
②到指定照相馆照相并办理照片检测回执；
↓
③到所在学院开具《学生考勤和在校表现情况说明》，其中考勤包括总课时数和缺课时数；
↓
④到保卫处户籍证件科（行政楼127）填写《外国人签证、居留许可申请表》并盖章；
↓
⑤持⑴照片检测回执、⑵护照原件、⑶《境外人员临时住宿登记表》、⑷《学生考勤和在校表现情况说明》或《在学证明》和⑸《外国人签证、居留许可申请表》到广州市公安局出入境管理处（解放南路155号）办理申请手续。
申请居留许可

① 到广东国际旅游卫生保健中心（天河区龙口西路207号 电话：87537322/381219513）体检；
↓
② 到学生宿舍管理中心（学生宿舍16栋107）办理住宿证明；
↓
③ 持住宿证明、照片1张、护照及居留许可复印件各一份到天河北帝景苑商业中心570号6楼612号（电话：87558146）办理《境外人员临时住宿登记表》；
↓
⑤ 到指定照相馆照相并办理照片检测回执；
↓
④ 老生到所在学院开具《学生考勤和在校表现情况说明》其中考勤包括总课时数和缺课时数，（新生填写《在学证明》在保卫处户政科）；
↓
⑥ 到保卫处户籍证件科（行政楼127）填写《外国人签证、居留许可申请表》并盖章；
↓
⑦ 持体检结果、照片检测回执、护照原件及复印件一份、签证复印件一份、录取通知书复印件一份（或招生办录取证明）、《境外人员临时住宿登记表》、《学生考勤和在校表现情况说明》或《在学证明》和《外国人签证、居留许可申请表》到广州市公安局出入境管理处（解放南路155号 电话：96110110）办理申请手续。
