A Training For The International School Student Union Members
On April 9th 2016, the human resources department organized a training for the international school student union members.
Early this day, everyone gathered at the door of the library and then selected their group.After that,everyone got on the bus and headed for the Dafu Mountains Forest Park.
After arriving Dafu Mountain Forest Park,everyone received the off-road tasks and went into actions right away with their teammates.During the off-road actions,each group had the tasks to find a specific place or pose specifically to take photos.15 minutes after the start of the game,if any two teams meet,they can have a competition and the result will affect the final time of their team.
Although the weather was very hot and everyone are out in sweat, it did not make the teammates lose their enthusiasm. As soon as the games began, everyone quickly entered the state. The teammates laughed and talked all the way and soon became familiar. Of course everyone were also not slack off, in order to find the right place, theycrossed the lake and the mountain. Though at last some of them were too tired to walk, you could still see smiles filled on their faces along the way.
During the tasks in the moring,each group met some problems more or less, someone got lost, some arguments happened,and some teammates got separated.But everybody overcame the difficulties and finished the tasks at last and team members became more united and cared for each other.After a short rest,the result of the off-road tasks were announced by the host,each teams received their awards and punishments.But because of the bad weather,some funny games which were arranged for the afternoon were cancelled.
Finally the training had to be finished in advance.But on the way back,everyone reviewed the happy day,feeling touched and satisfied,and also thought highly of the human resources department for hosting this training.Although the weather was not as expected,everyone enjoyed themselves during the training.
