Partnership Talks with KGI of Claremont University Consortium

Rene Yang and Christopher Bell, representatives from Keck Graduate Institute of Applied Life Sciences (KGI), Claremont University Consortium (CUC) visited IS on Sept 12. Prof. Tang Shuze, IS Dean; Prof. Cai Shaohui, Vice Dean of College of Pharmacy; along with heads from International Affairs Office, Graduate School, Academic Department as well as professors from the College of Pharmacy joined the discussion of collaboration between KGI and JNU.

The meeting looked into ways and details of cooperation, including a summer school, the exchange of students and faculties, joint master programs and a Professional Science Master (PSM) certification. Both sides agreed to implement the projects step by step in view of long-term partnership    

JNU and CUC have signed an MoU two years ago and this meeting is another follow-up of the program.
