In recent years, I am mainly engaging in the research on the following aspects:
1) the effect of plant functional polysaccharides on chronic diseases;
2) the functional mechanism of dual-used materials of medicine and food;
3) the interaction between probiotics or intestinal flora and host;
4) the development of functional food.
