Objectives:

Import & Export Practice is a subject which mainly studies the concrete process of international merchandise exchange and also a comprehensive applied science which is related to foreign affairs and needs much practice experience. It is a required course for undergraduate students majoring in international economics & trade. The overall objective is to provide students study laws and conventions in international trade and practical operations in the course of international merchandise exchange.
 
Requirements:
 
When studying this course, attention should be drawn to the following main studying methods: one is to put theory into practice; another is to relate business activities to laws; still another is to combine study with use.
 
Contents:
  
Price term, marine cargo insurance, documentary credit, various trade clauses of international trade contract, business negotiating, and performance of the contract, etc.
