On the morning of November 29th, the 18th CPC National Congress Seminar was held at Guangzhou Zhudao Venue, which is the first stop of the seminar in Guangdong. Mr. LENG Rong, Director of Party Literature Research Center of the CPC delivered a report. Mr. Wang Yang Member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, the Guangdong Provincial Party Secretary presided over the meeting and delivered a speech.
